I can see what your trying to say but the calculations above take into account only the additional cost of of the Clearvue product over normal glass. So if you want to add that in as well, the payback period for Clearvue tech as well as the base glass will become longer than the lifetime of the Clearvue product itself

ie, financially you will still be worse off using Clearvue compared to normal glass at any point in the building's lifetime. Environmentally you will have helped though.
