Nice Effort to make those Calculations but you have made an error because it dosnt compute to using 3.6m high windows all the way around the 3 walls of 50m x 50m

They stated they used 2.1m x 1.2m windows here...

So in your Calculation you assumed 5400sqm of glass, and the Calcs dont add up to have been done on that sqm.

It looks like they have done it on 1.2m High windows in Spandrel facade pattern, so its the Glass window only that is calculated around the 3 sides of say 50m x 50m

So total Glass area would be 1800sqm in that case and 1800 sqm x $60 = just $108,000 cost extra.

And on page 27 you can see the screen say 12 degrees.

So you have all jumped at shadows, because it looks like the Model calcs have been done as Minimum spec , so using just window glass on a facade of 1.2m high x 2.1 wide windows and at a 12 degrees outside location.

The Model dosnt look like its at its prime location, or with its prime use of facade available sqm.

I will request The exact sizes used in the Model and the location.
