Let me recap from what I read....
    GPfanatic
So you would spend an additional $250-$270K (my calculation) for the ClearVue glass alone plus the extra cost of wiring them up, probably about $100-$150K just so you can save 11% on power and thats only the lights. At 0.28c a kWh for power off the grid not a real good payback time.

    Chippy
$624,754.00For a total power cost saved over 25 years of$624,754.00 saved over 25 years on 10 floors of that building on page 26.So here is the calculated Proof that this Clearvue PV Glass is viable and worth installing.

Hey this is a fanciful guess like everything else. The only one of us that appears to have a crystal ball is chippy.
However it appears it would cost us give or take $400K extra to use Clear Vue on the Project.
Presume there's an interest cost per year for the capital outlay.
I'm going to work this out at 6% because I remember paying 18%.
So on $400K that could be $24K per annum x 25 years - $600K. Excluding the extra bits to negate amortisation and interest.

A wild guess is that as the developer we would be line ball, of course based on assumptions.
But in these calculations I'm trying to fit a profit in for Clear Vue based on the number of additional fingers in the pie and the resulting dribble down to them.
And by the way if your projections on burn rate are correct. they are going to need capital.
Until they have evidence of revenue the only way to do that is by either a capital raising which increases the number of shares out there - less return because of the extra shares participating and an immediate one is that the option holders will exercise their options and turn those options into shares.
In the meantime those option holders and for that matter those with shares in escrow unfortunately might realise that this Golden Goose is not laying enough eggs.

I'm going opal mining because it's proven that there are tons and tons of expensive opals waiting to be found. Anyone want to invest. The opals are out there.
