I did a Calculation a while back and searched for the World average price of power,at 34c AUD being world Average price.

3850 kwh per floor, so if the Building is 10 floors I will make calculation of that at 38500 kwh per year at 34c =$13,090 of Power savings per year assuming its 10 stories.

If Power prices do rise at 5%pa rate per year over the next 25 years, then the power savings would start in year 1 at $13,090. Then rising the $ amount saved per year at 5% extra per year. So..
