That is no proof at all. Firstly you’re making assumptions about how much people pay (the current rate is only around 26c/kW in Qld) and an ongoing 5% annual price rise. Unless you can prove those, it’s not proof.
Secondly, to prove that it is viable and worth installing, you need to know how much more than standard glass it costs. Triple glazing is much more expensive than single. Plus the middle layer is presumably much more expensive than float. Then there are the wiring costs in the frame, the PV cells themselves, the wiring costs in the building and the inverters. Then if you’re going to put in much heavier glass, you may need a stronger building to take the extra weight especially in a multi storey environment. You don’t provide any costs at all.
