    Considering BDI just did DD and signed a contract on some new prospective CU tenements in Madagascar 

    my guess is the consultant had something to do with this.

    Maybe he or she worked very hard for their money and deserve every cent.

    Considering the management have restrained themselves from big salaries I would say they probably 

    got good value for money from the consultant.
