IMO, BMA is working closely for Aahana; hence its drilling program to qualify CKA's resource prior to an Aahana buyout.
IMO, the post buyout will look like:
Aahana: will own all of CKA *BMA: will own the Indonesian tenement shareholdings, mining, barging and coal marketing contracts.
Like peas in a pod ...eh?
*Since BMA is Indonesian , it will likely own 51% of the lot after 9 years under the Indonesian COW divestment program Keep in mind that the 10 year COW on BBX was triggered over a year ago when CKA mined and sold coal.
