-What are you doing?
-Are the Vietnamese barges going to plan
-have you got the permits to clear river snags?
-what's the timeline for this?
-have you cleaned up the pits ready for mining?
has the new road from mine to barge port been done?
-has BMA completed the drill verification program & was that OK?
-has any heavy machinery arrived on site?
-etc, etc, etc?

You have been in the job for nearly 9 months now and we need solutions (you have already highlighted the problems)
