Not doubting what JB told you, but, it is unsubstantiated and therefor nothing more than hear say!
Maybe you could get JB to issue an ann. on the ASX stating that any shares issued to the vendors will be held in escrow and the time held whether voluntarily or compulsorily! It will remove any doubt!
i have no influence on what Jason Brewer announces, I am however of the firm believe the shares as stated in the announcement dated 21/08/2018 will be placed in escrow, I have had it confirmed and that will do me until I am advised differently, for your own peace of mind I would strongly suggest you contact management and have it clarified, you could email and get it in writing I expect apart from that we have to wait until it is all revealed over the next few weeks/ month
