I'm all for the performance shares!
After all, JB and the rest of the management team want to make the most money out of this company as possible and the best way to do that is to get solid projects and advance to the point where they go into production and make lots of $$ or to the point where there's a takeover offer and they make lots of $$ selling out their shares with the rest of us.

Personally I'd rather see them paid in performance shares rather than larger amounts of cash (ala TS over at CFE on $700kpa) as it keeps the ship lean and reduces the need to do capital raises, whilst ensuring the management team are invested in the success of the company (otherwise they never realise the value of the performance shares anyway).
