These days so many get performance shares for basic business tasks that salaries are supposed to be there to compensate for.
Ive seem some seriously horrendous terms when companies used to come in an try to pitch for capital haha. Perforamnce shares tied to directors simply staying on the board for a period of time etc haha.
Yeah, I am also pro-performance shares... would have liked to see these staggered though.
As if we need to incentivise them to do the work would we now be best to add another 6 mil each on completion of DFS, then BFS etc?
The hard work is really only just beginning here... the rewards should they pull through are obviously huge.
