I still dont get it what it matters how many boards he sits on, if he achieves in VEC thats all that matters, you should know it is not an overnight thing and this has not just been going for 12 months, sometimes it takes weeks or months to move forward a step or two, check @952i post, this is 3 years in the making, I dont recall any company I have owned shares in, that a director has worked as hard as Jason, at the end of the day if VEC achieves what everyone is hoping for, than what he is paid or awarded just wont matter to anyone anymore, really lets get off the subject of how much he is paid or is given and just discuss the stock and where we believe it is in the scheme of things, remember that share holders voted him in and his remuneration package, not himself, if anyone thinks he is over paid or over compensated take it up with share holders
