Im also pro performance shares for sure... I just think the vesting milestones and the $$$ amounts are generally a little too generous (across many companies).

These days so many get performance shares for basic business tasks that salaries are supposed to be there to compensate for.

Ive seem some seriously horrendous terms when companies used to come in an try to pitch for capital haha. Perforamnce shares tied to directors simply staying on the board for a period of time etc haha.
