Subjective, depends on how many companies you are involved in IMO (aka how much of your time is focused on the specific company or the 'hourly rate').

Each got 120 - 150k here last FY, not an unreasonable figure on face value but with several other board/MD positions elsewhere, it falls into 'tidy' territory for me considering its part time work in a company not yet producing/profitable. I also imagine spreading resources thin across many companies is why WFE is still suspended and this acquisition took so long to close etc.

Perhaps I am being unreasonable though! I've just met so many directors that talk a big game but never deliver that I am quite cynical (obviously) haha.
