I just found interested it is still deemed $1,380,000 worth of "performance" taking over 12 months to close an acquisition while getting paid tidy salaries in the meantime.

Perhaps its just me but I feel more like its performance if you actually produce something from the mine, not just buy a resource with shareholder money, but this is the spec end of the ASX I guess haha.
