I don’t think there is anything untoward with this announcement and should be to do with the confirmation of draw down of initial $5 mil... no idea why then TH though.
Although I do think that the timing of the supposed completion should raise some eyebrows... clearly the acquisition hasn’t completed if this TH is in relation to financial completion.
