    The most extraordinary Prospectus and Offer of a minimum of $30.00 to whoever the directors see fit to give a discounted purchase of shares to.
    So I can only assume the Directors want to provide some favors to some institutional investors.
    Can anyone shed any light on what this offers purpose is?
