Hi Amok, not sure you will be correct here. Firstly the dilution that you have identified is at 3c, a level that is a significant 50% premium to the initial IPO which was at 2 c. I for one dont complain when the company issues more stock to raise more money at a premium to where i bgt... This tends to create a new base level for the shares to run up.
With the stock presently trading atound 3.5c everyone should be happy... The original shareholders from IPO have a nice premium to their investment and the new shareholders are already up half about 17%!
Perhaps some may see this as an opportunity to take profits....but remember the book build was over subscribed so i would expect any selling to be met with opportunistic buying.
I think higher prices to come....not lower!
