Guess who's coming out to take the cheese cake right after the 90 days truce of seizure on trading war, and right after the closing bell of the best day surge on asx....lol.... but can someone help me understanding this notice since I don't have a financial background.... does it mean he got paid that amount of shares that he can sell on the market or he can nominate his option to swap his shares for the amount of $4.xx based on the contract with the Group...
