No, I think he is saying once the AGM is all done and they have voted down the 2nd strike and Paul Morrell gets on the Board then they are free to sell the shares any time afterwards...looks like it is all home and hosed for the current Board members so they can sit back and relax on that little coup de grace of the upstarts that thought they could spill the Board.

At least I think that is what he is saying and then he offers a glimmer of hope if a shareholder or two want to hunt down the Takeovers Panel and approach them regarding the current state of play and seemingly unfair it all is.
