I am not on top of the Takeover Panel and the way it works but am aware of some of the criteria and provisions. Your second paragraph makes me wonder why TAU shareholders did not pursue the Takeover Panel in regards TAU, they had plenty of cause and plenty of time.
It certainly provides some food for thought and consideration for AHF shareholders as the same symptoms and same crowd seem to appear in AHF. Maybe there is a take-over by stealth occurring in AHF with the latest placement.
