Your first comment - Really? We learn every day we breathe, can you tell us more. Is this an ASX or an ASIC matter? I would have thought they needed to be placed in escrow before any limitation of use of the shares is applied.

Your second paragraph is an interesting one as it would mean that the placement was a related party transaction and yet nowhere has it been disclosed as such. In fact the Cleansing Notice states the reverse in the questionnaire from memory. I would have thought the Takeover Panel was only interested where a takeover had been lodged by way of either an on/off market acquisition or a scheme of arrangement. In this case the new owner of shares in AHF does not even break the 20% rule.

Please excuse my ignorance if I have missed your comment and you are eluding to something else far more dark and sinister in the placement transaction, its real intent and the true owners of the $5m.
