In the cleanse they were trying to, in part, be able to sell the shares within 12 months. And to do that they needed to release the cleanse within 5 business days of the release of the shares.....the shares were released on 8th Sep so they missed the timing and as such can't sell the shares for 12 months. So sad.

Have the shareholders considered taking the issue of shares to the Australian Government Takeover Panel? From my basic view you have a good chance with the right sort of legal drafting at having related parties unable to vote at a general meeting.
