I would think that, now is a great time for an unsolicited bid, but if the buyer was wary of the companies future... then the best action would be to as you see at this moment accumulate as much as possible to become a substantial holder first. After they hold quite a substantial amount then, once they reach short-term targets and confirmation is given a rush for a larger slice and fight for control begins. The latter would be a more expensive option, but an earlier unsolicited bid would make them the most from getting the company cheaper and faster. Let's watch the action over the coming period and see if something comes to head. The business has a great potential in these next coming years for growth on many fronts.
