Everyone does realise this is only one of the two class actions they were defending.
The other re loans is back in the Federal Court commencing today.
If they lose the 2nd CA re the broker fee (which they say they are vigorously defending), how does that change everyones current upbeat assessment ?
$5.8m seems a high cost for legal costs since somewhere they mentioned spending $2.5m so far - could be wrong on that one.
