I'm SPEWING about the announcement as it made my by order miss by a fraction to double up my holdings!Also not happy this is only for one CA, we are not going to win IMO, not because we don't have a case but just because we are in a country where it just doesn't matter, it will be a case of CCV are guilty, smash the gavel and say pay!
$5.8m in legal costs aswell? Far out are we throwing in some steak knives?
Nice to have it out of the way but this has raised how much I think we will be paying out, my thoughts were based on $23 in total and we hit $16m of that today
Regardless it shows how undervalued we were that this "anus horribilus" announcement made us go up by 17%, mind you volume tells a story, went down on a million+ shares with NO information but up with light volume on OFFICIAL information.......
