The third court case started today - so it won't be settled outside the courts, hence why I pointed this out in my post... Two first CA's were settled before the court date, this CA sat today, the 22nd.So, again, since the first two were settled outside the courts, though CCV are taking this defence to the courts... You'd think CCV have a case to defend against... The actions suggest so... Maurice Blackburn estimated A$30M for this third case, time will tell what happens...
