I would imagine a debt free, strong cash flow business with cutting edge cloud based software ticks all the boxes for PE vultures or a complement to existing service providers. Disappointing growth numbers and a spotlight on SMSF fees throw up the perfect storm for the share price to tank.

MYOB steals the current attention of vultures, but would not be surprised to see Xero attracted to the proposition of bolting on the Class product to their accounting software suite. It attracts the same type of progressive accounting firms seeking cloud based solutions.
