Yep - at these levels it is vulnerable for sure. Massive cash box, no debt, great clients, their great clients. They will be on a few radars that’s for sure. Definitely quality buy.  Unlike other post - I don’t think their growth is exhausted at all as there is still plenty of contestable market (including competitors which keep promising but not delivering) and the huge potential Class Portfolio and its wholesale cousin Class Engine.

Class would be a prime acquisition for a smart company wanting the best tech in the industry. IMO accumulate at these levels (even just for the divies which are not at all shabby) and we will either see the new head start to leverage what the business is sitting on or a bigger fish swallow it.
