as already covered - class is definitely the superior product both features and functions. BGL has improved its cloud solution but is still very much window dressing it’s “automation” IMO. What BGL has done though is ramp up its profile and rhetoric and has been winning the media profile war, rightly or wrongly.

class needs to start telling its own story again and tacking back its thought leadership and innovation mantle it previously held.

price is not the answer - it never is. It is innovation, true and demonstrable benefits and client uplifts in profit and efficiency and features that the market is needing and looking for that will always win the day. Class needs to get back to delivering things it’s target audience is looking for and inventing things they didn’t even know they needed or were possible. 

Innovate and Thrive - in IT the only way to stay ahead is to “stay ahead”. Let’s hope the new CEO and BOD heed this mantra as CL1 has plenty of potential if harnessed correctly
