Does make you wonder. 9 million to 3 million. Did they think they were getting 3 quarters of the company?
Also the seller obviously had it geared structure for sale and had the capital into so many shares or have issued some in other funding rounds? Who are the other holders? Gee I wonder if they know who they have joined up with and if they can keep up with IOT maneuvers?
So they have 25% share so there is 12million shares on issue - any other vendor options , staff performance option , freebies, performance shares? etc etc - always the fine print and always check the fully diluted capital
