Just a reminder that the chairman is Robert Hubbard and the joint company secretaries are Neil Kaplan and Rick Anthon: 8 directors and 2 company secretaries and perhaps appropriately enough this latest stuff up has to do with recognising performance. In that vein I encourage all ORE holders to vote against all of the resolutions being put to next Friday's AGM except for the one regarding the Toyota Tsusho rep.
