Andrew Frazer is unrepentant as per this extract:

Mr Frazer, a shareholder of Auris who supports the removal motion, said yesterday he believed the original proposal was a superior transaction, which would have resulted in a significant investment across all of Auris’ assets and would have funded the company without further dilutive capital raisings.
“By delaying the transaction, Auris has incurred a huge opportunity cost of missing out on 12 months of exploration with a team proven to be superior at discovering copper ore bodies than the current Auris management team,” he said.
Anyway, both deals are 'water under the bridge', so let's hope that the warring parties can mediate and resolve the matter asap; show some needed maturity! ​
