I am a little confused however ...that for yourself, tax is a relative non-issue, ie, down the track, can be minimised etc, and hence you dont include it in the ratios that you promote; yet at the same time you use the reverse logic when arriving at, and justifying the discount of TAS relative to EDE and rejecting the valuation of Tasman's Eden stake that the company continually pushes?
Doesnt TAS also have the ability to manage, indeed minimise any tax , down the track; and therefore isnt your contention that TAS should always be at a discount, a little tenuous...?
