Are you sure your negativity towards TAS management isn't blinding you to its changing market value? Since none of your explanations for the discounted value from the asset value have changed, it must be hard for you to find an explanation for why TAS is appreciating faster than EDE. From your own numbers, a short while ago the EDE share price was 1.4 times TAS. Last closing price the ratio was 1.10. Any-one exchanging their EDE for TAS would have seen the value of their holding increase by 20% more than if they had stayed in EDE. At the rate its changing, EDE and TAS will soon have the same share price.
