Ann: Clarification of market announcement, page-47

Major drop from .13 to .1 occurred. Last several days has been further drops at low volumes but it is getting less and less volume. People who desperately wanted to get out have imo. 

Given low volumes my thoughts are people on sidelines will become impatient and wont want to miss out on the reversal so will start getting in ... with a few larger orders others will want in...

Only drawback I can see this from happening is major drops in wall st and or further negative news about fig....latter unlikely.
