So even after blaming (correctly) the 2 x now previous directors for not disclosing the Tranche 1 Shares back in June 2016, our new directors fluff it as well and don't disclose the share issue until the Annual Report in Dec, apparently having tried to announce but were knocked back by ASX.

So why were their attempted announcements knocked back by ASX? Has there been no communication between ASX and PDY's new directors?

All seems a little strange..... It is Padbury however.....
