The way these things work a 3rd party makes an unconditional offer, then WSA is notified and has a nominated time period (30,60 90 days or whatever)to match the bid.
They know the deposit and have a fairly good idea as to what it is worth to them. It does not require any input from them in the short term.
Of note, have seen this process many times before and no one should give pre emptives-it kills the secondary market.
