Translation..

"Western Areas could buy it, if we wanted to, but we won't, but if we did, we could offer as much as anyone out there who may be interested, but we are not interested."

By the way, Western Areas may have already blown their pre-emtpive rights. Otherwise known as a right of first refusal. If Kagara already approached them and they said no, we are not interested and put it in writing then KAGARA has every right to go public with an offer.

WSA has just confimed that this is what has happened and that they are having a spat about it.
