re: Ann: Clarification - Interests Held in th... I think we will only have a 5% interest in the local Nyuni-2 well area if Aminex announces a discovery and a tiny area is cut out of the old PSA as an appraisal/development licence.
That area is likely to be tiny relative to the old PSA and probably related to the geological structure drilled.
I am not sure what will happen if Aminex make an early declaration of the size to be too small and hence not commercial before flow testing properly.
I presume then they will not apply for an appraisal licence and we will be out for good even if they go back and redrill the area in a couple of years time.
Hopefully that will also be clarified if any discovery is announced by Aminex.
