Ann: Clarification Announcement and Amended Appendix 5B, page-4

I guess previous announcements were to vague and missing key information... AS WE HAVE BEEN SAYING! 

Finally the ASX is calling them on a few things.

'treated as a loan' - neglected to mention that? So RM is getting paid (Doesn't disclose how much or the calculations for this) for putting $ in for a few months until it turns into shares. Yeah ok! 

Pt.3 - so if they don't finalize an off take agreement really soon there won't be enough $$ to make shipment occur?
