    re: Ann: Clarification and Reiteration of Rec... Leroy, RUM have an announcement out saying secondary takeover offer of CEN. Opened it up but couldn't find the fine detail.
    Tried to buy some shares just before close but my order was cancelled. My order was for 100K at 2 cents. 87500 of that would have been at 1.8 cents.
    Was told by my broker that it would mean too much of a % change to CEN's price and they can't let that happen?

    Something funny going on me thinks.
