They are purely a funding company like Springtree, La Jolla etc., Only purpose is to have the shares issued and then sell them ASAP hopefully to make a profit, but they don't always do so. ROG also has to pay them everytime there is a drawdown.
CnG it is not a matter of them paying what the market price is now. There is a specific formula to calculate the issue price based on daily averages (see the original agreement). They can also dump them at less than the issue price if they want to get rid of them.
Cng I would suggest DYOR on Ya Global (the R stands for research not ramping).
