so its a placment, and while "some" existing shareholders may,,,,that'll be the instos and sophisticateds,,,none for joe public.
Better that way really, because its like ripping the bandaid off, joe public, retailer, wont be part of that sell down to 2c.
So the question is,how much of the sophs, would sell down to 2c??
IMO, get some as close to that, 2.1, 2.2 as you can, as a base.
