it seems like this will come down to a political decision so have to watch how much pushback and whipping up of anti chinese sentiment comes through....the initial reaction seems pretty muted which is a positive sign.

And the fact that CK has already extensively engaged with ACCC and FIRB is a good sign..albeit that the stroke of Morrisons pen is eventually what counts. It seems like ACCC will be on board to remove Mighty Mick from the scene.......

My hope would be that another bidder comes to the table with the stock trading at a fairly low $960.....
