The sell-down was arranged in a block sale, the expectation is that any further sales will also be done in this way so as not to create an overhang. FR is hoping the future price will reflect the expected growth, but there was an opportunity to reduce his exposure when the capital raising was being marketed. Its still a few months away so no reason to think its something we will see on the sell-side.
