Needs a massive washout, perhaps when the stock hits 13 cents again it may be a buy time?
Double bottom to form from April 2016, perhaps?
13cents would give it a market cap of $25-$30mil approx. and even then it could be viewed as "over valued" given the falling revenues and Profit.
With shrinking revenues and margins, makes you wonder how they will service their position.
Will they need to raise capital to survive?
How will they raise capital? Will they ask SH to put their hands in their pockets? Outside investor, but who would?
Will they sell off more assets and shrink the company further? There are a few different divisions to Hills still, aren't there?
Could a takeover be on the cards?
The CEO mentioned "growth", but in a world where you let go of management expertise and replace with 2nd & 3rd tier staff that have fallen into positions rather than earning them by merit, how can this company grow?
Lets re - evaluate at 13 cents shall we??
Cheers
