I'm referring to TNR today. A completely different board and management team, completely different projects and vastly different shareholder base. Basically a different company in all but name only.

I've been in the same situation of consolidation after consolidation many times over the years but that's the game in the spec end of the market.

Old Torian holders have a choice to write it off to experience and get out at whatever buyback price or come along for the ride on the new entity. But just remember, without the Cascade deal and the "new" Torian the old stock would have been completely worthless.

And by the way, I hold both Cascade and escrowed Torian.
