FWIW I sympathise with all those existing TNR holders who have been consolidated to the point where they are holding unmarketable parcels, it has happened to me before
TNR recently announced the buyback of these parcels at no cost to participants. So I guess that leaves those holders with 2 choices...
With new management and projects those who choose to stay have their 1st crack at making some $$$ in a very long time
