I am not a driller, however I am involved in the exploration industry.

It's not just the drill rig, it's the staff to man the rig, fitters/mechanics and support trucks/equipment (Rod/water/fuel truck, booster/Auxillary truck, accomodation etc...) Wouldn't speed up the process either, GTE rig would still break down on a weekly basis like most rigs using compressed air. I think GTE just need to speed up their sampling process and dispatch samples to the lab ASAP, also why aren't they using portable XRF for the Chisel drilling?
